Aloha my bruddah, I am fairly new to brewing beer, but I have instantly fell in love with it. I have been doing a lot of research and fell upon your blog and read a number of your post which has helped my brewing skills. Then I saw this picture and noticed that the background of this picture is the back yard of the house that I recently moved in to in February of this year. It is very serendipitous that I am getting super into brewing beer and theres an expert living right next door. I was wondering if you have time, we could get together sometime next week and trade some beers and talk story about local grown brews. I was super interested in your Kalo wheat you did a while back, and I have a bunch of Ulu coming up from my hometown on the Big Island, and wanted to see if you had some creative ideas on how to use um.
